1 - Lead with love. Be respectful and kind in all your interactions. Debate is healthy, but criticism and judgement are not helpful.
2 - Celebrate diversity. All families and backgrounds are welcome here. Degrading comments of self or others, or discrimination of any kind is not okay. Please be kind at all times.
3 - Foster safety. Everyone’s psychological safety is our priority. Choose words and actions that uplift, support, and create trust.
4 - Honour privacy. What’s shared here, stays here. Trust and confidentiality allow us all to feel safe.
5 - Respect boundaries. Keep connections within the community space. Do not private message or tag other members unless you’ve been invited to.
6 - Give generously. Share your insights, ask questions, and celebrate each other’s wins. The more you contribute, the more you and others will benefit.
7 - Stay supportive. This is a place of encouragement, not comparison. Let’s offer each other a hand up, not pressure to “get it right.”
